Southern Stoke BBQ started off as a non-profit cooking for first responders in Northern California in 2021. After numerous requests to cater events, we decided to launch a for-profit catering operation in January 2023. The non-profit will continue to operate and take donations to feed firefighters, police, and EMTs. If you are interested in donating please click the “donate now” button at the bottom of this text.

Our shared joy of cooking and close friendships with first responders inspired us to create the non-profit side of Southern Stoke BBQ. Community heroes deserve to feel appreciated. They also deserve a day where they can relax and enjoy some delicious smoked meats. A small token of thanks from the folks that they serve every day.

When disaster strikes, Southern Stoke BBQ will also provide free meals to those affected by natural disasters.

As such, you can have full confidence that your donation will be put to good use: to provide scrumptious meals to first responders and individuals displaced by natural disasters.
